Vallentuna

The runestone raised for Ulf of Skålhamra features an unusual cross in Russo-Byzantine style, on which the arms of Täby Municipality are modelled. The Skålhamra clan also established Arkils tingstad, a Viking thingstead or assembly place on the other side of Vallentunasjön.
